SUPER FAST Week 1 Meal Plan (new and simple)

Are you having problems figuring out what to put in your meal plan or having issues coming up with quick and easy meals. This ENTIRE meal plan took me a total of 95 minutes to organize, cook, and separate! It was simple because I cooked the chicken while I was cooking my quinoa. When I was done with my quinoa, I decided instead of stuffed peppers, that I wanted to have a stir-fry instead. I cooked up the turkey and added the Southwest Seasoning to it and then added in some Mrs. Dash for an extra kick! 

I sauteed the zucchini up in a smidgen of olive oil and separated in into two meals! I measured out my lettuce, spinach, and veggies for my salad. I buy per-packaged tuna for on top so I only had to add my seeds and cheese. I have the chicken all portioned out ready for my meals. The ONLY thing I did not prepare were the salmon patties and that is only because I'm really weird about a few day old salmon. I will most likely not use a full container of the salmon (I usually do about half) and add an egg.. Next weeks meal plan will consists of lasagna!
