Parmesan Pork Chops

Parmesan anything is delicious in my opinion, but when you add it to pork chops it has an entirely different taste! I had a discussion about pork chops earlier in the week and I have been craving them ever since! I am not really a big pork chop girl, but if they are made properly, I just can't resist.

I sometimes make my chicken very similar to this when I'm in a chicken and mashed potatoes type mood, so I just altered it a smidge to make it into pork chops.

What you'll need:
about a 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
paprika
garlic powder
Pork chops
Parsley
Breadcrumbs
Olive Oil for cooking

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. First, I took all my dry ingredients and mixed them in a bowl. I took about 1/2 a cup of Parmesan cheese and then put probably 1/4 cup or less of Planko breadcrumbs in with the cheese. I took and put about 4 dashes of paprika and garlic powder into the mixture. I then tossed in a small handful of parsley (for some color).

I took each pork chop and rolled them around to coat them in this mixture. I then put them in a hot skillet with some olive oil to brown them. I maybe kept them on for like 3-4 minutes on each side and then placed them in my temptations dish.

I sprinkled the extra cheese mixture over the cooked pork chops so I used all the goodness. I then cooked them for about a half hour until they were fully cooked through.

I had mine with asparagus and 3 small red potatoes. Absolutely filling and delicious!
