Fall Into Healthy Habits

Did you know that it takes 21 days to start a new habit? I'm ready to help YOU create healthy habits just in time for the holidays. I know I was guilty of the holiday excuses, but now I know that I was allowing myself to cheat myself. Holidays for me are a time of seeing family and friends that I haven't seen in a while. What better way to spread some holiday cheer than someone telling you how happy and healthy you look!?

Challenge groups are you key to success. Trust me from personal experience, trying to stick to a program by yourself is not nearly as easy as it is with a group of people cheering you on! Recently, I started Insanity Max again and I must say, I'm doing MUCH better this time with my challenge group and a coach on my team standing there cheering me on along the way!

I run my challenge groups in a secret group on Facebook. What this means: 

• Unless I invite you to my group, you have no idea it even exists.
• Everything you post to the group is ONLY seen by the members of the group.
• You are getting VIP access to information that I only share with my groups. 
• You will get sneak peeks into new programs as I get information released to me. 
• You will get amazing recipes and meal plan ideas from not only me, but other members of the group.

Any program that you order from your coach will be added to an online library that can be accessed anywhere with an Internet connection! I know I use my DVDs when I workout from home, but my On Demand feature for when I'm out and about or on the road.
