This challenge group is for both new and existing clients of mine who are looking for that extra accountability. In this group, I will working with you and teach you how to get into the habit of daily workouts, as well as, working on clean eating and portion control.
Now, through the end of January, both the 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme are on sale! In addition, I'll be offering a special bonus of a small blender OR a 21 Day Fix cookbook if you order your challenge pack before the end of the month! You get to pick which you would rather have sent to you.
What are the benefits of a challenge group you may ask? Why can't I just do it on my own?
- You will be in a SECRET group. This means, only you and the members of the group will know it even exists.
- I expect you to check in daily rather it is good or bad. It is a safe zone! We are all working towards similar goals.
- You will share your victories and your struggles for the day. This way, we can see where we need to adjust and we will work from there.
- You will be asked to follow a meal plan. It will not be easy at first, but I will teach you my tips and tricks to get you were you want to be.
- You will receive a months supply of Shakeology with your challenge pack. You will be asked to drink one shake a day. (Some people ask if they can drink more than one and the answer is YES, but don't do it every day!)
- You may be nervous about this, but don't be. If you don't like it, within 30 days, you can return it for your money back. Out of the hundreds of challengers I have worked with, I have only had 3 return it!
- You will want to stick to the workout calendar! It is set up so you are working different muscle groups to get the best results quickly.
The trick to being successful in challenge groups is participation. As badly as I want these results for you, I can't want them more than you do. The more you put into the group, the better your results will be in the long run.
