Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients: 
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (your choice)
  • 4 cups shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup organic chicken broth 
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
What to do: 
Preheat your oven to 350. 
Cook your pasta according to the package and drain.
In a large bowl, mix together your chicken, yogurt, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pasta. Spray a large casserole dish so it is easily removed. Add the mixture and even it out. Add the cup of chicken broth over the pasta. Add the cheese to the top of the pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
