Back to school can be a crazy time, especially if you have little ones, BUT it is also the PERFECT time to work on YOU! Why? You're finally getting into a more routined schedule. Yes, it maybe a more hectic one, but it is a schedule that you can finally set and stick to!
Haley, my newest coach our team, and I will be gearing up TOGETHER to bring you a KILLER challenge group for the transition from August into September. The group will open on August 21st and officially kick off on the 28th! We will have a new challenge for you each week to complete in addition to your program that you will be completing. Some challenges may be fitness related and some maybe nutrition related.
Most people fail with their nutrition and their fitness because they either aren't motivated or they aren't held accountable. We are here to help with BOTH!
Believe it or not, the 30ish minute workouts are the easy part. ANYONE can block off 30 minutes a day... Do you watch a TV show that is 30 minutes a day??? Put your phone/laptop/ipad/tablet up right next to the TV. Workout WHILE you are watching your guilty pleasure shows.
Your nutrition will be focused on a whole different way. We will talk about meal plans: how to make them, how to prep for them, how to buy for them. The whole sha-bang! We will do a weekly mastermind call on Saturday mornings to talk about your meal plan. Why Saturdays? Because the weeks are crazy at times!
With all challenge packs, you will receive color-coded portion control containers that will help take the guess work out of what you are putting in your body throughout the day. Again, for the month of August, I will be giving away FREE MEAL PLANNING!!!! ANYONE who join my challenge group with a challenge pack purchase will qualify for this 1 on 1 time. I will see what you enjoy eating and I will help you clean up the recipes. I will provide you with a full meal plan and grocery list to take to the store with you. I will give you tips an tricks to help make your meal planning process easy to manage and help transition it into a lifestyle. I will start off my making your meal plan for you, then helping you make your second and possibly the third until you are comfortable on your own.

I have had many challengers have great success in a challenge group that they never had on their own. We run small challenges and we hold each other accountable throughout the entire group. I, personally, was an Insanity Drop out before I started my first challenge group. My challenge group was like my second family of people who were into the SAME thing I was.
