Goals and Whys

So as you may know from talking to me, Beachbody likes to focus on your goals and your whys... If you have tried the programs before and have failed i'll ask you to set short term and long term goals. THEN, I'll ask why you are interested in the change. I also like to suggest a reward system to some people. If you are anything like me, you need to have something to push towards, just hitting my goals isn't enough.

This weekend I will start putting together my classroom and I will be spending most of my days for the next three weeks extremely busy. My goals for this week are simple.
1. Keep on track with my food. I am constantly asked to go out to eat and I typically choose a simple salad, or, if I need protein a simple burger (minus the bun).
2. Get organized. Any teacher can tell you getting their classroom ready is sometimes a HUGE challenge. I will be spending most of my day at the school so snacking is my main option. I'll pack simple snacks and take my shake with me to get through the days.
3. PIRATES GAME!!! This will be my downfall. I will not be on track for that day to eat small meals. Which, I must admit that 90% of my days go like this. I got 5 periods before lunch and no breaks. Eating small meals isn't an option.

So today, your homework is to write down your goals and then to figure out your why! Post these on your motivation wall!
