Post Wedding Getting Back on Track!

So I was doing my daily dose of Pinterest hunting for the perfect nail design and cute hair styles when I decided to start looking for my (also daily dose) of motivational quotes and sayings. I managed to find a do's and don't list for how to get back on track after a de-railed day off the healthy lifestyle train! Now, I used the basic idea from the list, but I placed my own little twist to it.

After falling off track is it really easy to get down on yourself and think all of your hard work is now gone! Don't make excuses, learn from your mistakes! Make a new attack plan! Figure out what made you slip up. Re-arrange your goals and even create new ones! Find your motivation!!!! So here are my 5 Steps to getting back on track!
