PiYo Beginnings :)

So I started PiYo 3 days ago! I have successfully completed the fundamentals, the lower body and the upper body.

I have created my meal plan up to Thanksgiving, because at this point, I still don't know what I'm making for dinner. For breakfast, I will make Oatmeal with some fruit and for lunch I will have my Shakeology. I will fill these in as I move along. Currently, my meal plan is as follows:


So far the workouts have been flying by! If it wasn't counting down, I would never believe that it was a half hour workout!!! My shoulders and butt are sore, and I am almost positive that my abs are going to be sore tomorrow.
