As you may know from the name (Insanity Max: 30) it is clearly only 30 minutes per workout. That is 2% of your day. If you can devote 2% of your day to something, it can be getting back in shape (or in my case, the best shape of my life). Unlike other workouts, Insanity Max doesn't require any weights! From what I have seen, you really don't need the extra weight either. These workouts are brutal! They will definitely push you to your limits.
Not going to lie, I started Insanity and stopped before fully completing the program. Why? It was very LONG. I didn't have the TIME to put towards a hour long workout! But 30 minutes is nothing. I can easily wake up an extra half hour early or I can devote a half hour before bed to workout. I am a busy person and making time isn't always easy. When it comes to my health and fitness, I feel that I can make the time for that. I can devote 30 minutes every day to me!
