Clean Spicy Boneless Chicken

I was seeing everyone post pictures of greasy wings and as much as the thought made me sick, it made me crazy hungry too! I love how wings ooze and get everywhere when you eat them, but I hate the fat on them and eating around the bone... My solution!? Clean Spicy Boneless Chicken!

What you'll need:
Hot Sauce (I LOVE Franks)
Vinegar
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Crushed Red Pepper
Chicken
A Baggie

Cut up your chicken and set it aside. In your baggie place 4 Tablespoons of Hot Sauce, 2 Tablespoons of Vinegar, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and about 5 shakes of crushed red pepper. Zip your baggie and shake it to mix it all up. Put your chicken in the bag and shake it so it all gets coated.

Place your baggie in the fridge to let the flavor sink in. I left my first bag in for about a half hour and my second all afternoon. The second bag was MUCH better. Take your baggie out of the fridge and put it ALL in the skillet and let it cook!
That's it! That's how simple it is! It seriously reminds me of a hot wing, but healthy because there isn't the grease! :)
