Okay… I'll admit it. This program looked like fun for my inner zumba drop out, but I didn't think I could do it. Well, I was wrong. Shaun T literally breaks down the moves into 8 counts. Those 8 counts are broken into moves AND the moves are broken into motions! So simple. ANYONE can dance now.
I'm not going to lie, I feel like a complete genius when I finish a routine and I actually get it. Most of the workouts are 30-40 minutes (depending on the length of the song and the amount of moves) but they don't feel long at all.

Here is what I've learned from completing a few days of cize:
- I'm still not coordinated, BUT I can do this.
- I sweat more dancing for 30 minutes then I do actually working out.
- I thought I would miss my weights, but I don't.
