Another Round & 4.8 Pounds Down!

And we have another refresh in the books! Hi, my name is Lindsay and I'm addicted to the 3 Day Refresh! This round was much harder for me only because I had many more pesky temptations. After a month of being on the road and eating out… a lot, I was excited to lose the bloat that I have developed over the past few weeks. 

This round (aka 3 days) I was down 4.8 pounds and lost 1.5 inches around the biggest part of my stomach! WOOO!!!! I feel MUCH better and I have much more energy today. I'm excited to eat protein again.. God love all you vegetarians out there! Don't know how you do it! 


Was it a HUGE change.. no, BUT it was a change in ONLY 3 DAYS! 

Did I starve? Heck no, I was constantly full. I actually ate more than what I would if I wasn't on a meal plan. The picture below shows the prep that I put in for my second days breakfast, lunch, and snack. Everything else that I grabbed were in packets and they were quick mixes! In the blue container, I actually had some almond butter to eat with my cucumbers (as shown in the second picture below)





I didn't have the ability to make hot tea while I was at work so I pre-made some honey lemon green tea and added some mint leaves to it for after my dinner. I must say, I'm slightly in love with this tea. I even had some today and I was done with the fix last night. 


This was probably my FAVORITE lunch. It was colorful, yet simple, but super filling!
