CIZEis fun and I feel like I owe Shaun T an apology! I first tried CIZEwith like 2 8 counts at a Super Saturday and I figured it would be like zumba. Then, Beachbody placed a sneak peak on their On Demand and I tried that and I was crazy bad at it, but it was fun. It almost took me back to my high school cheerleading days trying to learn a crazy routine.
If you were wondering what the dances are like, they are FUN! They are challenging, but I think that is why I like it. I'm not thinking about being sore or sweaty… I'm trying to figure out these dance moves! 30-40 minutes FLYS by! It's so fun! When it came time to sign up for a workout at Summit, I decided I would give it one last try. I FELL IN LOVE. I actually decided to become CIZE certified! So, if you were a Richard Simmons loving, zumba going, cheerleader or member of a dance team type person… YOU WILL LOVE THIS!
