Starting on Wednesday of this week, I'm back at it! 110%. They suggest you start on a Wednesday because day 3 is the hardest which lands me on the weekend. My energy levels are a little low right now, but I'm going full force.
This post isn't necessarily giving you some delicious recipes or giving you motivation. It is me being REAL. I struggle. I'm not going to lie. I don't wake up excited to workout and ready to roll everyday. Some days are easy though. Some days I jump out of bed and hit the ground running and others I hit that dang snooze button one to many times.
