Are you one of those people who always wait until January to make that resolution that you are going to get healthy? Do you only say you're going to wait until January because you think it's easier to do it AFTER the holidays? Why not start now? Why wait until the new year? What if I told you that you could lose up to 10 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas?
Changing your mind yet? I have planned out the perfect holiday challenge group for this year. I'm going to run what we call pre-season the week of Thanksgiving which means, you will still eat a typical Thanksgiving dinner. You can think of it as your last cheat meal. :) The following Monday will start our 21 Day Challenge! This means, you will complete your challenge BEFORE Christmas! You will still be able to enjoy the holidays with friends and family like you normally would, just healthier and happier this year.
As a bonus this month, I will be doing a raffle for anyone who purchases a challenge pack thru me before November 20th -the winner will receive $50 to put towards their Thanksgiving dinner or Black Friday shopping!
What are you waiting for? Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and yes, the dreaded January will be here before you know it. Wouldn’t it feel good to already be on track to a healthier lifestyle before your friends?
