Myth Busted: I Don't Have The Space

One of the most common things that I hear from people is that they don't have the space to workout. Well, that myth is officially busted! Seriously, if you look at the picture below, you will see that you only need the space of a yoga mat to get in a good workout.


Yes, I workout in my bedroom somedays.
No, I don't always face the same direction for each round.
Yes, I keep my weights under my bed; I learned that from my sister.
No, I don't ever put away my jump mat, barbell, or balance balls. 
Yes, I have clothes on my floor (those are my workout clothes for the week).
No, I don't always get out of bed and workout, but some days I do. 
Yes, I have tripped over that stupid carpet because it rolls up for some reason. 
No, I don't make the excuse that I don't have the space.
