The plan is VERY simple and EASY to follow. You will have various options for each meal. I learned from my first few times what actually filled me up and what I needed to change.
My Tips & Tricks to be successful:
- Complete the refresh on 3 easy days for you. Don't try to do it on a weekend if you will be tempted to go out to eat. Also, don't plan it for 3 days that you will be working longer hours.
- Add cinnamon to your Vanilla Fresh--- don't ask my what it is about it, but it is just delicious.
- When doing the fiber sweep, use COLD water and chug... It almost reminds me of Cream of Wheat.
- When choosing your vegetable and fruit options, don't go for what you think will be the cheapest, go for what is going to keep you full. You will learn what fills you up and what doesn't.
- For example, I use 1/2 the spinach serving, 1/2 the cucumber, and 1/2 the tomato for lunch and make a spinach salad.
- I LOVE strawberries and you get a TON on the refresh which is a huge plus. I couldn't eat THAT many strawberries for each meal. I'd be wayyyy too full
- Add the optional chicken broth for dinner. I add parsley to mine and it's almost like chicken broth.
- Plan out everything in advance and prepare everything at once. I promise you, your food won't go bad in 3 days.
- If you are planning strawberries, add a little stevia to them if you are cutting them so they don't dry out.
- TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES AND MEASUREMENTS. I honestly didn't think I lost anything when I did it until I saw my pictures.
