Ultimate Reset Done!
Okay, so I didn't quite make it the 21 days. I thought I was going to chew my arm off in Week 3 and I just couldn't handle the food options that were given. LOVED week 2 so I thought week 3 would be amazing too, but it just wasn't there for me. I did notice that the bloat in my stomach significantly decreased, but the scale didn't move much. I also wasn't a fan of not being able to workout! That's where I get my energy from and I was completely drained. It was a LONG 3 weeks!
*Side note: I ate pizza 2 times during week 2 and once during week 3*
You could really tell the difference from the side, but Not so much the front view. Again, I made it to day 18 and then stopped. Day 17 was BAD! I went to the Pirates game and ate food like it was my job. I had so much energy back in my life (thank you carbs) and I didn't feel sluggish. Well having 3 long days in a row called for caffeine, which isn't allowed during the reset, and it was basically all down hill from there. The night of Day 18, I took my after pictures...
I have learned many great recipes that I will continue to use while planning my meals for the next few months and I do plan on continuing the power greens (they just grow on you). I also have a new appreciation for my non-vegan Shakeology. After drinking Chocolate vegan and seeing my Cafe Latte just chilling on my counter this whole time, I was more than ready for a Cafe Latte with cinnamon shake this morning.
Since I finished the Ultimate Reset, I will be starting a new workout program tomorrow. I will be doing the chisel part of Hammer and Chisel. My meal plan is posted below.
