Co-creator Autumn Calabrese is a celebrity trainer, best-selling author, and working mom who has held
certi cations from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Fitness Professionals
& Associates (AFPA), and has competed at the national level in various bikini competitions.
Workouts will range from 30 to 40 minutes long. You will need a little more equipment that most of the programs require. Your going to want a variety of weights as well as a stability ball or weight bench, a 8 pound medicine ball, as well as a chin up bar or resistance band you can put over the door. I think the weight bench would be easier to use than the ball if you can make that happen.
