CORE DE FORCE: Work For the Bell Launch Group

Are you ready for the launch of CORE DE FORCE? I AM!!! I'm hosting a launch group for everyone who wants to try the newest Beachbody program with me. We are starting NOVEMBER 7th so you will need to get your challenge pack as soon as possible so you are ready to start on the 7th!


What is CORE DE FORCE?

  • Includes a modifier who demonstrates the moves at a lower intensity, so anyone at any fitness level can get knockout results.

Just hit it hard for 3 minutes at a time and before you know it, you’ll be done! 




The trick to being successful in challenge groups is participation. It sounds funny, but as badly as I want these results for you, I can't want them more than you do. The more you put into the group, the better your results will be in the long run. I have found my challengers who check in frequently and who are active members get the BEST results!
